Bad outcome to a bad decision. Were going tomorrow to see ‘Made in Hull’ illuminations as second event in City of Culture Year but R. decided to go this evening. Very impressive display in Queen Victoria Square with images projected onto front of Art Gallery. However big crowds all over and had some trouble on Princes
