Without wishing to be too self-complimentary, I think it ended-up a good study the re-reading of it bringing back memories of the ‘blood, sweat and tears’ that went into researching and composing (actually, not blood, or tears). At the end of the long essay is a thorough bibliography, a number of the sources listed would have to be viewed at Hull History Centre.
